Deon Shearer the creator of “Deon’s Dressing” (a zingy fusion of balsamic vinegar, herb and garlic flavours with a good chilli kick) created the versatile salad dressing whilst working in kitchens around the world.

Used as Raktacino’s signature salad dressing in the Cafe – Pizzeria since opening in June 2008, Deon started bottling her dressing in October 2009 due to public demand. Deon’s Dressing is now available in the following locations:
